Product Background
ObjectViewer is a new product developed by Exactly Corp. to allow you, a Tivoli Systems (tm) customer, to retrieve more information from your database than has previously been possible.
Currently, if you have a problem with the data in your database, you normally need to search the Tivoli (tm) Problem Database or contact Tivoli (tm) Customer Support. With this tool, you have access to more information than is available to even Tivoli (tm) Customer Support. You get to see the values stored in all of the attributes on any object in your system. This is where a LARGE number of problems occur. Now you have direct access to this information without the struggle that has traditionally been required. Additionally, if incorrectly formatted data is stored in an object attribute, that data is displayed in a different color, so you can immediately see the problem and take the appropriate action to correct it.

Implementation
Once you purchase the product, a technical representative does need to visit your site to activate the product. This activation typically takes less than one hour. Or, if you prefer, we can perform the activation remotely.
